Dosen Program Studi PAI STAI Kuala Kapuas Ikuti Pelatihan Jurnal di Banjarmasin
Keberadaan jurnal ilmiah berbasis online journal system (OJS) saat ini memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam menunjang dan meningkatkan kualitas perguruan tinggi. Artikel-artikel ilmiah diberikan sebuah wadah untuk menampung yakni OJS. Karena kebutuhan jurnal dalam versi cetak sudah mulai berkurang dipublikasikan dan diminati.
Terkait hal tersebut, STAI Al-Jami Banjarmasin mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pengelolaan Artikel Jurnal Tahap II dengan tema pengelolaan jurnal ilmliah berbasis OJS menuju SINTA. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari mulai 26 s/d 28 Desember 2022 secara tatap muka atau Offline. Dalam kesempatan ini STAI Kuala Kapuas yanng telah bekerjsama dengan STAI Al-Jami Banjarmasin dalam bidang Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat juga turut andil mengirimkan utusan sebagai peserta pelatihan, Yaitu Dosen Tetap Prograsm Studi (DTPS) Abdul Halim Rais,M.Pd, Ahdiah, M.Pd dan Khairuinnisa, M.Pd. Pelatihan tersebut menghadirkan beberapa narasumber UIN Antasari Banjarmasin dan STAI Al-Jami Banjarmasin Sendiri.
Kegiatan pelatihan dosen ini sangat penting diadakan untuk menghadapi dunia global yang kini semakin tinggi, dan tuntutan untuk bagaimana beradaptasi kepada masyarakat yang semakin komplek. Sehingga nantinya seluruh dosen tetap STAI Kuala Kapuas dapat aktif menulis dan melakukan penelitian kedepannya sebagai bentuk pengembangan dari Kompetensi Dosen. Kegiatan ini sebagai wujud Kerjasama STAI Kuala Kapuas dan STAI Al-Jami Banjarmasin yang tertuang dalam Surat Undangan No.E/AK-21/STAI/6410/1444/XII/2022. Maka dari itu, untuk mencapai target Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat tersebut STAI Kuala Kapuas memberikan fasilitas yang mumpuni bagi seluruh mahasiswa dan Dosen yang mempunyai Potensi Akademik dalam bidnag ini untuk dikembangkan dan dipublikasikan di STAI Kuala Kapuas.
Adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan seluruh dosen yang ada STAI Kuala Kapuas bisa meningkatkan kemampuan kerjanya. Sekaligus menggali potensi sehingga mempunyai kualitas yang baik untuk dapat disalurkan kepada Dosen, Mahasiswa serta Masyarakat nantinya.
