Kunjungan dr. Jumatil Fajar, MHltsC ke Kampus STAI Kuala Kapuas untuk Penyuluhan Pencegahan Sejak Dini Kanker Payudara.
Kunjungan dari dr. Jumatil Fajar, MHltsC kekampus STAI Kuala Kapuas guna untuk penyuluhan atau pencegahan sejak dini kanker payudara, dilaksanakan pada hari jum’at, 3 November 2023 , pada pukul 13.00 sd 15.00 WIB. Bertempat di auditorium STAI Kuala Kapuas.
Antusias dari mahasiswa menghadiri acara yang diselenggarakan. Acara terperuntukan bagi perempuan agar mengenal dan mengetahui apa itu kanker payudara dan apa penyebab kanker tersebut? Bagaimana cara pencegahannya? Dan apa tanda-tanda kanker mulai muncul?

Kanker payudara adalah kanker yang palimg banyak diderita didunia, namun semakin dini ditemukan semakin besar peluang untunk bertahan hidup. Pendidikan dan pengetahuan adalah salah satu pencegahan
Menurut dr. Jumatil Fajar, MHltsC .rata-rata penderita kanker payudara di Daerah Kuala Kapuas yang melakukan operasi hanya 22 orang pertahun.
Ada 12 tanda-tanda yang harus diwaspadai sebagai berikut:
Benjolan keras
Area tebal
Dimple
Kerak pada puting susu
Merah atau panas
Cairan baru
Luka pada kulit
Benjol
Pembuluh darah tumbuh
Puting susu cekung
Bentuk atau ukuran baru
Mengerut seperti kulit jeruk
Pencegahan bisa dengan melakukan pemeriksaan mandiri, bisa dilakukan dengan cara, lakukan tiga gerakan melingkar lalu tekan ke bawah dengan tahap ringan. dilakukan dengan posisi berbaring, membungkuk dan mengangkat tangan di depan cermin. Ada tiga macam benjolan yang akan ditemukan saat melakukan meriksaan mandiri, ada dua yang tidak membahayakan namun satu yang menyerupai bentuk biji lemon merupakan tanda kanker payudara.
Jika sudah mengetahui tanda tanda itu dan merasa ada, kemudian kita memberi obat tanpa resep dokter hanya sekedar yang penting minum obat berharap sembuh. Itu bukan lah solusi, obat herbal yang diedar memang aman namun ini adalah hal yang serius maka lebih baik melakukan pemeriksaan kedokter. Operasi adalah salah satu cara pencegahan penyebaran penyakit kanker payudara.
